The Student Ombudsman aims to mediate between students and professors or administrative services of the institution, ensuring legality within the framework of academic freedom, addressing issues of mismanagement, and safeguarding the smooth functioning of the institution. The Student Ombudsman does not have jurisdiction over matters related to exams and student grading.
